UNILEVER STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE DRAWS AND COMPETITIONS IN GREAT BRITAIN / THE UK / REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

TEMPLATE 1: WEB-BASED ENTRY

1. This monthly promotion is open to UK- based businesses, entrants must be aged 18+ and authorised to enter on behalf of the business, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer's consent to enter.
2. The monthly Promotion applies to a single business address in mainland UK only, and does not include delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.
3. The following are not eligible to enter this monthly Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

How to Enter

2. No purchase necessary; internet access and full name , a valid business/ company name, email address, street address, city, postal code and industry name are required.

Entry Requirements

1. Limit one entry per business per monthly draw. Each business may win no more than one prize during the entire promotion.
2. Any use by entrants or businesses of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
3. Automated entries, scripts, or entries made through bots, AI systems, or any other automated means are prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, including through CAPTCHA or other human verification tools, and to disqualify any entry suspected of being generated or assisted by automated technology. The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of any entry shall be final and made in its sole discretion.
4. If any group of people elects to collaborate on a submission, they are required to designate one person as the agent of the group to enter the promotion, agree to these terms and conditions and accept the prize on behalf of the group.
5. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

Prizes

1. There are fifteen (15) prizes in total. Three (3) prizes each month for one person per business. No same person from same business can apply again if has already won once in any month. 
2. There are three (3) prizes in total in one month. Each of the three winners will receive the full Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated laundry product range, comprising:

• 1 x Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated Non-Bio Liquid, 2.97L, ; 
• 1 x Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated Bio Liquid, 2.97L; and
• 1 x Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated Colour Protect Bio Liquid, 2.97L.

The approximate retail value of each prize is £38.97, and the total approximate retail value of all prizes is £584.55. The prize includes delivery to a single business address in mainland UK only, and does not include delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.

There will be 15 winners in total collectively during the monthly promotional period. There will be 3 winners each month. Each winner will win:

1 x full Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated laundry product range. Product range includes the products: 

• 1 x Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated Non-Bio Liquid, 2.97L, ; 
• 1 x Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated Bio Liquid, 2.97L; and
• 1 x Persil Pro Formula Ultra Concentrated Colour Protect Bio Liquid, 2.97L.

Selection of Winners

1. Use for random prize draws – All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first 3 entries per month drawn at random will each win a prize. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
2. If, after a winner has been selected, the Promoter reasonably determines that the winning entry was made, generated, or assisted by automated means (including but not limited to AI systems or bots), or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may declare that entry invalid and select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final and made in its sole discretion.
3. The winner(s) will be notified by email from james.treacher@unilever.com within [28] days of the closing date. The winner(s) must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name, business name and delivery address within [7] days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer to confirm that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.
5. The winner’s[s’] initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing james.treacher@unilever.com within 4 weeks of the closing date.

General Terms

1. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules. 
2. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control. 
3. Entrants’ personal data will be collected and processed by HubSpot Form CRM of Diversey company acting on behalf of Unilever UK Limited for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto another third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html 
4. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.] As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
